Remember the days of Christmas Dinner in the hall? It was dress-up time with the best supper served as we dined with College staff and wished each other well for the Christmas! CTCAAi invites you to join us at a Christmas Dinner fund-raiser to be held on Saturday, December 17 at 7:00pm at Genesis Restaurant, Lounge and Banquet Center, 6455 W Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac, Florida 33319. Tickets are USD40.00 for adults and USD30.00 for children.
| | After November 30, the price is USD50.00 per person. The menu will be your all-time Jamaican favourites featuring the good ole dark Jamaican Christmas cake. For those of you in the Caribbean who shop in Florida, why not plan to do so on that weekend and join us for dinner? In celebrating the life of a woman who lived to be 94 years of age, Dr. Marion Hutchinson, niece and Alumnus of Church Teachers’ College in Mandeville, Jamaica, established a scholarship that will be awarded to a successful candidate beginning September 2011.
The Icilda Carnegie Future Teachers’ Scholarship is accepting applications from women who intend to pursue Mathematics. Read more...

Churchites!!! Churchites!!!! Alumni....Lend me your ears:
Alumni living in the South Florida area will be having a picnic and fun day on Saturday June 18, 2011. Churchites are encouraged to bring their friends, family and well-wishers to what is anticipated to be an eventful day occasion of fun, frolic and food. The venue will be Central Broward Regional Park & Stadium, 3700 N.W. 11th Place, Lauderhill, FL 33311 (close to the Swap Shop). The menu includes BBQ chicken, manish wata, rice & peas, hot dogs & hamburgers, and chicken fried rice.
Churchites near and far, are invited to free up that day to interact and reminisce about their CTC days; and raise funds to improve their Alma Mater!!!!!I V.P. Hepburn Davis is looking for at least 200 Churchites.
