The halls of residence are – Lindsay House (comprising; of Bolie, Swaby, Campbell,
Gibson, Scott), Spathodia and the Kerr Jarrett Hall.
In general these contain beds, closets, small tables, desk or built-in counters.
A recent overhaul of the electrical system now facilitates increased usage of appliances
by students. Living on campus
provides a great opportunity for social interaction
and mutual responsibility. Each resident is expected to abide by the rules and regulation of the college as set
out in the Student Handbook. Each hall has a flat that is occupied by a residential staff member
or warden and these wardens help to create an environment reflecting
“a home away from home”.
Living accomodation
at the facility is assigned on a first come first serve basis therefore acceptance to
the College does not garrantee you living accomodation.
All students dorm are served two meals a day (Breakfast and Lunch). They are responsible
for their afternoon meal. (NB. Halls have been provided with
kitchenettes).
A residential
nurse is on duty daily in the sick bay. This area is equiped to handle minor emergencies.
A doctor is on call and is available to both staff and students on a weekly basis.
