
ACCESSING MICROSOFT TEAMS

To log into Microsoft Teams, you will need to use your CTC Email account (firstname.lastname@ctc.edu.jm or CH2*******@ctc.edu.jm).
You may access Teams via the app installed on your smart device or computer.
Contact the IT department regarding password/account issues
Access Teams On Your Smart Device
To access Teams via your smart device, find Microsoft Teams in your relevant app store, install the app and sign in. Note that your CTC Email account is a work/school account.
Access Teams On Your Computer
If you wish to access Teams from your Computer, you will need to log into your CTC Email account using a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc.)
From the college website, click CTC Mail
Log into your CTC Mail account.
[firstname.lastname@ctc.edu.jm or CH1999****@ctc.edu.jm]
Please note that this is different from your iSIMS account.
From your inbox, click the menu in the top left of the page
Select Teams

From the lower-left corner of the page, you can download and install the desktop app to your computer for greater access to Teams features
